Dates and Setup |
|

Exhibit setup time will
begin at 7:30 am on September 20.
|
|
|
 |
All exhibits must be ready
for display by 9:00 am.
|

Registration |
|
|
 |
The exhibitor registration
desk will be open at 7:30 am on September 20.
|
|
|
 |
Booth assignment will be
given upon check-in at the exhibitor registration desk.
|
|
|
 |
Exhibit removal will begin
at 4:00 pm on September 21 and should be completed by 5:00
pm.
|
|
|
 |
Please do not remove exhibits prior to 2:00
pm on September 21.
|
|

|
Door Prizes |
|

 |
Door prizes are not
mandatory, but are encouraged.
|

Each organization with an
exhibit will be recognized on September 20 during the evening
meeting.

Shipping Information |
|
|
For shipping exhibit
materials prior to the conference, address the shipping label as
indicated below. All shipments should be arranged for
receipt in Boise between September 18 and September 19. Upon
arrival in Boise, please go to the front office at Vineyard
Christian Fellowship Boise to have a staff person retrieve
exhibit materials.
